Job Summary: We are seeking an Architect with experience in the execution or supervision of similar construction projects, including those that have employed BIM LOD 300. Key Highlights: 1. Key role in the execution and supervision of significant construction projects 2. Opportunity to work on projects utilizing BIM technology LOD 300 3. Professional development in hospital architecture or finishing architecture A) Academic Qualifications: * Architect or equivalent degree. * Minimum of 05 years of professional practice, counted from the date of graduation. B) Experience: * Experience in construction execution/supervision of similar projects. * Must demonstrate accumulated participation totaling at least 02 years or 24 months across a minimum of two (02\) construction executions/supervisions of similar projects as: assistant and/or supervisor and/or specialist and/or head and/or responsible person and/or architect in/of: architecture and/or architecture lead and/or specialist in hospital architecture and/or architecture discipline supervisor and/or architecture specialist and/or finishing specialist and/or finishing lead in construction projects and/or construction site architect supervisor: in similar construction projects and/or supervisions where the professional participated for a minimum of two (02\) months in each construction project or supervision. * Additionally, the professional must have participated in at least one construction project/supervision where BIM LOD 300 was employed. This requirement must be fulfilled by any of the experiences submitted to meet the specific experience requirement.
