




We are looking for **Multifunctional Customer Service** professionals, results-oriented, for our various locations in **Lima**, with experience in the **casino and slot machine industry**, and effective communication skills. Your role will be to attend to customers and maintain a positive attitude. **Responsibilities:** * Provide courteous and personalized customer service on the gaming floor. * Guide customers on how to use slot machines. * Monitor proper operation of machines and report any technical incidents. * Assist with prize payouts and ticket or voucher redemptions, according to established procedures. * Perform basic cash control and reconciliation (where applicable). * Ensure compliance with internal regulations, security standards, and company policies. * Verify customer entry in accordance with current legal age requirements. * Maintain order and good presentation of the gaming floor. * Support other operational duties assigned by management. **Requirements:** * Minimum **3 months of customer service experience** (preferably in casinos or slot machines). * Availability to work rotating shifts. **We Offer:** * Fixed salary of **S/1130.** * Full payroll registration with all statutory benefits. * Pleasant working environment. * We have locations near your residence: Los Olivos, Ventanilla, San Martín de Porres, San Juan de Miraflores, San Juan de Lurigancho, Pueblo Libre, Cercado de Lima **Rotating Shifts:** * Morning: 7:00am \- 4:00pm * Afternoon: 3:00pm \- 12:00am * Night: 7:00pm \- 4:00am * Monday through Sunday (1 rotating day off) Job Type: Full-time, Permanent Salary: S/.1,130.00 per month Application Question(s): * Which district do you live in? * How old are you? * Please provide your phone contact number. * Are you available to work rotating shifts?
