




Job Summary: We are seeking an Accounting Assistant with experience to record transactions, prepare tax returns, and maintain accounting control. Key Highlights: 1. Comprehensive management of accounting and tax operations. 2. Proficiency in CONCAR and advanced Excel. 3. Active support in monthly accounting closings and bank reconciliations. **Requirements:** * Technical or university degree in Accounting. * Minimum 1–2 years’ experience as an Accounting Assistant. * Mandatory knowledge and proficiency in CONCAR. * Experience filing tax returns with SUNAT. * Advanced-level Excel skills. * Analytical ability, organizational skills, and confidentiality. * Accurately and timely record accounting transactions in CONCAR. * Prepare and submit tax returns complying with SUNAT’s established deadlines. * Maintain proper control over accounting accounts, accounts payable, and accounts receivable. **Responsibilities** * Perform bank reconciliations accurately and within established timeframes. * Organize and archive accounting documentation systematically and up to date. * Actively support monthly accounting closings. * Comply with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal company policies. * Maintain clear and effective communication with the accountant, suppliers, and internal departments. * Demonstrate responsibility, confidentiality, and attention to detail in handling financial information. * Work in an organized manner, meeting departmental schedules and objectives. **Benefits** * Payroll enrollment from day one. * Statutory life insurance, SCTR insurance. * Bonus payments and CTS (Compensación por Tiempo de Servicios). * Family allowance. * Ongoing training. * Working hours: 7:00 AM – 5:15 PM, Monday – Friday. * Interested candidates please send CV to: 912 422 710 – Contact: Brigitte Garces.
