Key Responsibilities: **Purpose of the Position** Ensure implementation of project activities under your responsibility, supervise the quality and outcomes of the Project’s training process, ensure adherence to its Youth Ready and Teen Ready methodologies, generate information on progress in implementation, indicators, and project results for decision-making, accountability, learning, and institutional positioning **Requirements:** **Academic Qualifications:** * University graduate in social, pedagogical, or economic fields * Preferred: postgraduate studies in related fields. **Experience:** * Minimum 3 years in similar positions. * Experience in youth, education, or employability projects. * Experience coordinating teams and strategic alliances. **Knowledge and Skills:** * Supervision of training processes. * Project monitoring and evaluation. * Technical report writing. * Proficiency in computer tools. * Leadership, communication, and teamwork capabilities. * Operation of manual transmission vehicles. **Core Competencies** * Results orientation * Leadership and team management * Planning and organization * Effective communication * Adaptability to change * Building strategic relationships World Vision’s absolute priority is to protect children, vulnerable communities, and our own staff.
