




Position Summary: We are seeking a professional to develop work plans, supervise resources, and coordinate activities in engineering or architecture projects. Key Highlights: 1. Preparation of technical files and construction permits. 2. Supervision and coordination of operational and maintenance activities. 3. Construction planning and resource management. **Location:** Willingness to travel to provinces (occasionally) **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. \| Saturdays, 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. **Salary Range:** S/ 3,500 **Workplace:** Pachacamac (Manchay Bajo) **Start Date:** Immediate **Requirements** * Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture (Bachelor's degree or certified professional). * Experience in technical offices, preparation of technical files, and construction permits. * Proficiency in MS Project, Excel, and AutoCAD. * Experience in quantity take-offs and unit price analysis. * Knowledge of construction planning. * Experience managing personnel (desirable). * Willingness to travel to provinces. **Main Responsibilities** * Develop work plans, schedules, and programming for operational and maintenance activities. * Collect, organize, and validate technical and documentary information for service plans. * Monitor activity execution, reporting deviations and alerts. * Supervise resource management (personnel, equipment, tools, and materials). * Prepare progress, productivity, and resource utilization reports. * Update databases, records, and operational reports. * Coordinate with various departments to ensure information availability. * Support identification of operational risks and incident reporting. * Prepare technical files for construction permits.
