**Job Description: Purchasing Analyst** * Review and process purchase requests according to company policies. * Conduct supplier search and selection, collect and document information. * Prepare comparative quotation tables, perform qualitative and quantitative analysis and evaluation. * Manage purchase orders in the system according to company policies. * Negotiate with suppliers (prices, commercial terms, and benefits for the company). * Ensure supply continuity, avoiding overstocking or stockouts. * Maintain proper inventory control using the ABC methodology. * Propose cost reduction initiatives and improvement measures. * Handle supplier claims when necessary. * Monitor and meet purchasing department performance indicators. * Other duties inherent to the position. Requirements * Diplomas or courses in Procurement Management or Logistics (desirable) * Advanced level in Microsoft Excel. * User-level proficiency in SAP B1.
