Your mission will be to attract new customers, build loyalty, and ensure their gym experience exceeds expectations. **Your main responsibilities include:** * Serve customers both in person and digitally. * Receive and assist potential customers, answer their questions about gym services, and provide facility tours. * Inform about different membership types and packages, highlight the benefits and advantages of each, and close sales. * Actively seek new potential customers through calls or messages. * Close sales of memberships, classes, and services. * Maintain contact with potential customers and new members to ensure satisfaction and provide ongoing support. * Work towards meeting or exceeding the gym's established sales targets. * Report on sales progress, number of new customers, and follow-up activities to the supervisor. * Work to keep current members satisfied and prevent membership cancellations. * Accurately enter all commercial information into the KOMMO CRM: tasks, notes, follow-ups, and mandatory registration of all sales. * Comply with all sales protocols established by the company. **Job objectives:** * Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets. * Fulfill requirements and tasks assigned by the Operations Manager. * Properly follow up with prospects and customers using the KOMMO CRM. * Complete and accurate recording of each sale in the system. * Provide a positive and professional customer service experience. * Contribute to retaining current customers through continuous and personalized attention. **We offer:** * Base salary \+ commissions for meeting targets. * MYPE payroll starting from the seventh month of employment * Bonus for individual and team performance. * Sales training and constant coaching. * Free membership to train at XFLY. * Excellent work environment and growth opportunities. **Who are we looking for?** * Individuals with excellent communication and customer service skills * Experience or interest in sales and business negotiation * Proactive, empathetic, and positive attitude * Previous experience in gyms, retail, or customer service is desirable Apply now and become part of a community that inspires well-being.
