Apply now for the vacancy: **MECHANIC TECHNICIAN** What does our ideal candidate look like? * Graduates in Automotive Mechanics, Automotive Mechatronics, or related fields. * Experience with gasoline engines and systems, and scanner operation. * Knowledge and experience with systems (engine, brakes, suspension). * Possession of graduation certificate and/or degree. * Valid A1 driver’s license (desirable). * Availability to work Monday through Saturday in the district of San Borja. What would be your responsibilities? * Responsibly log assigned breakdowns as directed by the Control Tower. * Inform the Control Tower immediately of any system issues, changes in breakdown status, or unplanned stops. * Responsibly log stops using the following codes: W1=Cleaning and maintenance, W2=Downtime, W3=Workshop learning, W4=Defective work, W8=Lunch; at the end of each stop, enter the specific reason for the stop in the system. * Generate preliminary diagnoses for assigned technical faults. * Thoroughly review the entire history of the assigned vehicle in SIMA. Prepare service and/or repair quotations as required. * Enter both labor hours (MO) and spare parts into the pending budget breakdown for advisor review.
