The professional will be responsible for implementing and managing maintenance control and optimization systems, ensuring the operability, safety, and efficiency of assets managed by the company. **Main Responsibilities:** **SOMMA System Implementation and Management:** · Coordinate the implementation and operation of the SOMMA system in infrastructure projects. · Collect, process, and analyze data from sensors, inspections, and other sources for fault diagnosis and prediction. · Establish predictive and corrective maintenance protocols based on system outputs. · Train personnel on proper use of the SOMMA tool and on inspection and maintenance procedures. **Asset and Infrastructure Management:** · Conduct periodic assessments of asset condition. · Coordinate with technical teams to execute scheduled interventions. · Optimize maintenance schedules to minimize operational disruptions. · Prepare technical reports with recommendations based on analytical data. **Coordination and Technical Support:** · Work collaboratively with engineering, operations, and maintenance departments. · Provide technical support for projects applying SOMMA or similar technologies. · Evaluate new technologies and tools that may integrate with the current system. **Required Profile:** **Education:** · University degree in Civil, Mechanical, Industrial, or Electronic Engineering, or related fields. **Experience:** · Minimum 2 years’ experience in implementing and managing predictive maintenance and asset monitoring systems. **Technical Knowledge:** · Proficiency in the SOMMA system or equivalent platforms. · Knowledge of predictive maintenance, asset management, industrial IoT, vibration analysis, and structural sensors. · Proficiency in tools such as MS Project, AutoCAD, Power BI, SCADA software, or other analysis and monitoring tools. **Competencies:** · Analytical ability and focus on continuous improvement. · Communication and collaborative teamwork skills. · Autonomy and leadership capability within technical teams. **Working Conditions:** · Willingness to travel to various locations where the company’s assets are situated. · Hybrid work (office and field), depending on project requirements. · Active participation in continuous improvement processes and internal audits.
