Position Summary: We are seeking a JUNIOR SSOMA SUPERVISOR to supervise activities, prepare reports and training on Occupational Health and Safety (OHS), and investigate accidents within the Telecommunications sector. Conducting OHS Talks and Training **WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOUR TALENT!** A leading company in the sector is currently seeking a JUNIOR SSOMA SUPERVISOR. **Industry: Telecommunications** **Location: Huánuco** **Your Objectives:** * Collaborate with the OHS Committee in investigating workplace accidents to comply with the workplace accident investigation procedure. * Achieve the monthly target percentage of OHS supervision reports to fulfill the OHS work plan. * Supervise all field activities and/or tasks performed by work crews to ensure compliance with OHS and environmental standards. * Prepare reports on actions taken to meet the SSOMA work plan. * Conduct OHS talks and training prior to commencement of work to fulfill the OHS work plan. * Develop and update the IPER matrix for the service under supervision to prevent workplace accidents. * Participate in client OHS/Operations debriefings and/or authorizations for work crews to fulfill the SSOMA work plan. * Audit and supervise subcontractors on OHS and Environmental matters to fulfill the SSOMA work plan. * Participate in interviews and/or evaluations related to OHS for newly hired personnel and personnel undergoing promotion, in accordance with internal HR procedures. * Perform other duties related to the position as assigned by direct management to achieve departmental objectives. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's Degree * Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mining Engineering or related fields * 1 year of experience as an SSOMA, SIG, or Prevention Supervisor, or similar role * Class A1 Driver's License **Competencies:** * Team Leadership * Effective Communication * Teamwork * Results Orientation * Strategic Thinking **Benefits of Joining Our Team:** * Formal employment registration * Job Stability * Career Development Path * Training Opportunities * Performance Bonus * Corporate Benefits **We Are Waiting for You!** The applicant consents to and authorizes the use of their personal data disclosed in their CV, in accordance with Law No. 29733 on Personal Data Protection, solely for recruitment purposes.
