**Responsibilities:** * Perform operation and maintenance tasks on mechanical, climate control, and control equipment * Carry out the preventive maintenance plan according to the maintenance schedule * Execute corrective maintenance tasks and report completed work * Ensure high-quality service delivery within the maintenance department * Conduct frequent rounds to inspect the condition of equipment and overall facility, recording operational parameters of critical equipment * Promptly communicate alarms detected in building equipment **Requirements:** * Technical professional in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Mechanics, or Air Conditioning. * Ability to read mechanical drawings * Knowledge of maintenance, operation, and handling of climate control systems in critical mission facilities * 2 years of experience in Facilities or as an Operational Maintenance Technician. \#LI\-LT2
