On this occasion, we are looking for a **Document Management Intern** who meets the following requirements: Profile: * Final years of university studies in Administration, Industrial Engineering, Human Resources or Technical Industrial Administration or related fields. * Minimum of 3 months of experience in personnel and safety document management for mining accreditations or industrial sectors. * Intermediate level in Excel. Responsibilities: * Provide support in documentation regarding safety and occupational health, ensuring compliance with client-established guidelines. * Keep service and commercial staff requirements up to date. * Monitor the entry process status of our assigned personnel on client platforms. * Support documentation delivery timelines, promptly alerting responsible parties about delays or deviations. * Assist in implementing document control procedures according to international standards and internal policies.
