Responsibilities: * Monitoring attendance of administrative and operational staff. * Managing internal platforms (hiring, termination, and personnel modifications). * Registering data in T-Register and PLAME, in compliance with current labor regulations. * Supporting internal administrative tasks, meetings, and interdepartmental coordination. * Updating systems, reports, indicators, and supporting documents. * Assisting in processes such as purchase requisitions (Solped) and SAP-related tasks. What Are We Looking For? * Graduates in Business Administration, Accounting, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Basic knowledge of document management and personnel administration. * Intermediate-level Excel proficiency. * Knowledge of payroll systems and SAP is desirable. * Proactivity, attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and teamwork.
