Job Summary: Supervise and control the stability and support of mine workings, perform geomechanical mapping, digitize data, and ensure quality control of support. Key Highlights: 1. Prepare and/or review adherence reports / Block Plan reports. 2 Control and monitor the stability and type of support for scheduled mine workings. Provide daily support for stability and support control of workings and projects designed by the Client. 3 Track signatures of mine supervisors on geomechanical instruction forms. Maintain a record of signature compliance / inspected workings. 4 Conduct geomechanical mapping using geomechanical instruction formats: RMR, Barton's Q, GSI. Keep geomechanical reports updated to zone the workings. 5 Digitize geomechanical and structural mappings in CAD. Keep geomechanical information up to date. 6 Report support elements that do not meet technical specifications shown in predictive drawings of workings and projects. Keep predictive drawings updated with alerts / observed sectors. 7 Monitor execution of field tests for optimizing support design. Validate test result reports. 8 Verify quality control of support according to established geomechanical assessment. Ensure quality control. 9 Inspect rehabilitation and operational repair workings. Provide timely deviation reports. 10 Monitor mechanized rock-bolting campaigns. Maintain records of mechanized rock-bolting campaigns / inspected passive workings. 11 Prepare monthly reports of activities executed during the month. Submit monthly reports. 12 Drive a 4x4 vehicle. Travel to activity execution sites. **Requirements** * Licensed and registered Geological or Mining Engineer. * More than 8 years of experience in the field. * Valid driver's license. **Additional Information** * Formal employment contract from day one. * Statutory life insurance. * Ongoing training. * Corporate agreements. * 14x7 work schedule
