If you have experience in technical support and want to be part of a dynamic team, this is your opportunity. **Requirements:** * Technical professional graduated from Information Technology or related field. * Minimum of **2 years** of experience in similar roles. * Proficiency in managing **Office 365**. * Knowledge of **Help Desk** platforms and ticketing systems. * Availability to work **on-site**. **Main Responsibilities:** * Handle and log support requests in **Jira Service Management**, documenting incidents. * Provide on-site and/or remote **software and hardware** support. * Perform scheduled maintenance for computer equipment, hardware, and software. * Keep software and hardware inventory up to date. * Create and configure users in company **intranet, extranet, and ERP** platforms. * Assist with department projects. **Working Conditions:** * Schedule: **Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.** * Formal employment with all legal benefits.
