Job Summary: We are seeking an Expansion and Property Management Analyst to identify, evaluate, and negotiate commercial opportunities and coordinate expansion projects. Key Responsibilities: 1. Identification and evaluation of commercial property opportunities. 2. Negotiation of commercial leasing terms. 3. Participation in nationwide expansion projects. A Peruvian company in the commercial sector is looking for an **Expansion and Property Management Analyst**. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Architecture, or related fields. * Preferred specialization in commercial expansion, real estate management, or negotiation. * Minimum 3 years of experience in similar positions. * Experience in real estate, retail, or agency sectors. * Willingness to travel. * Availability to work Monday to Friday on a fixed schedule, onsite mode (San Borja). **Main Responsibilities:** * Identify and evaluate commercial property opportunities aligned with the expansion strategy, conducting field visits and gathering commercial and technical information. * Prepare preliminary market analysis and technical, economic, and operational feasibility assessments for properties, considering location, area, lease costs, required modifications, and commercial projections. * Actively participate in negotiating commercial leasing terms, renewals, and contractual conditions with property owners, operators, and real estate brokers. * Monitor budgets, schedules, and financial commitments associated with store openings and initial operations. * Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure proper execution of expansion projects. * Prepare expansion progress reports, investment analyses, and profitability assessments for implemented locations, supporting management decision-making. **Benefits:** * Formal employment from day one, including all statutory benefits. * Market-competitive salary. * Travel allowances as required by the position. * Participation in nationwide expansion projects.
