Analysis and resolution of operational risks. **Job Description:** * Install platforms for various business lines and corporate group websites. * Establish customer support teams and provide clear, timely, and friendly responses to customers to resolve escalated operational issues. * Attend to customers and escalate cases with a timely response if the issue cannot be resolved immediately. * Escalate any system anomalies to the supervisor and Head of Operations. * Analyze operational risks related to established departmental processes. * Resolve potential risks and daily operational problems, and perform appropriate categorization according to the defined process for this purpose.
