Job Summary: We are seeking a field sales manager to visit clients, report changes, achieve pre-sales targets, manage inventories and collections, and negotiate product displays. Key Highlights: 1. Minimum 6-month experience in sales management (FMCG) 2. Availability to work from Monday to Saturday 3. 100% field-based work with a career path RESPONSIBILITIES: * Daily visits to the assigned client portfolio. * Report new accounts, closures, and changes. * Achieve unit-case pre-sales targets. * Conduct inventory of empty containers at the point of sale. * Manage credits and collections assigned to your portfolio. * Execute the "Photo of Success" at the point of sale. * Negotiate with clients for prime display positions for our products.
