(PE02\) Location: Central Office Our company **COSAPI (P001\)** is currently seeking the best talent for the position of: **TALENT ACQUISITION ANALYST** **Position Objective** ----------------------- To recruit and select operational personnel according to established procedures, in order to provide the required workforce for project execution. **Responsibilities and Functions** --------------------------------- * Participate in the evaluation of applicants' credentials to ensure the selection of suitable personnel. * Verify the proper submission and completion of internal and external documentation from selected applicants to comply with established procedures. * Prepare recruitment progress reports to inform Project Management, Administration, or other relevant parties about the status of staffing requirements. * Participate in site visits to ongoing projects to support management in recruitment processes. **Requirements** -------------- * Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields. * 2 years of experience as an analyst in recruitment and selection within the construction and mining sectors. * Experience in mass recruitment for engineering and construction profiles (RCC, common regime, and staff). * Intermediate-level proficiency in Excel. * Intermediate-level proficiency in Power BI (desirable). * Knowledge of SAP is desirable. * Availability to work both in Lima and on project sites.
