




Job Summary: We are seeking an organized and committed Warehouse Assistant to manage inventories, handle merchandise, and document processes. Key Responsibilities: 1. Material and equipment inventory control. 2. Management of merchandise transfer to requested areas. 3. Generation of shipping documents and product packaging. **Requirements:** * Technical studies in Computer Science, Administration, or related fields. * Knowledge of Inventory Management and the 5S methodology. * Minimum 2 years of experience in similar positions within the construction sector. * Competencies: Commitment, Honesty, Organization, Teamwork. * ERP S10 knowledge (desirable). **Responsibilities:** * Maintain inventory control of materials, equipment, and tools stored in the warehouse. * Verify proper receipt of merchandise into the warehouse. * Manage the transfer of merchandise to requested areas. * Maintain documentary records for inventories. * Generate shipping documents prior to receipt and review outgoing unit shipping documents. * Package products for dispatch. * Generate supply requisitions for your department and suppliers. * Accurately complete all relevant job forms.
