Structural BIM Engineer (MODELING) Location: Lima – San Borja Sur Modality: In-person Position Objective Lead the technical coordination of structural projects under the BIM methodology, ensuring effective integration among disciplines (architecture, structures, and MEP), compliance with technical standards, and delivery of accurate and compatible structural models. Main Responsibilities \- Coordinate interdisciplinary technical meetings, managing communication between different project areas. \- Develop structural modeling in Revit, ensuring consistency with other disciplines. \- Detect and resolve interferences using BIM coordination tools (Navisworks, BIM 360, etc.). \- Review and validate drawings, calculation reports, and technical documentation. \- Ensure compliance with project delivery deadlines and defined BIM standards. \- Participate in coordination meetings with clients, consultants, and contractors. \- Propose efficient technical solutions and improvements in design and coordination processes. Requirements \- Degree and professional license in Civil or Structural Engineering. \- Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit (structures) and BIM methodology. \- Knowledge of Peruvian structural standards. \- Experience in building or infrastructure projects. \- Experience in building or infrastructure projects.
