Position Summary: We are seeking an Automation Engineering Assistant to support engineering development, technical documentation, fieldwork, and project management. Key Highlights: 1. Engineering design assistance and technical support. 2. Participation in field diagnostics and collection of technical information. 3. Coordination of technical information and project management. We are HM INGENIEROS CONSULTORES S.A., a private company composed of a multidisciplinary group of professionals dedicated to providing consulting services to both private and public sectors. We are currently seeking 01 AUTOMATION ENGINEERING ASSISTANT with relevant experience and who is responsible in adhering to the scheduled working hours. REQUIREMENTS: * Graduate in Electronic Engineering, Mechatronics, or related fields. * Knowledge of sanitation projects. (Desirable) * Knowledge of quantity take-offs. (Desirable) * Knowledge of grounding measurements for control panels. (Desirable) * Intermediate proficiency in AutoCAD 2D. * Ability to interpret electrical and automation drawings, graphical representation, scales, and technical symbology. * Willingness to conduct field visits for technical studies. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Design and Technical Support: Assist in basic and detailed engineering development, including P\&ID diagrams, general arrangements, and architectural drawings. * Sizing: Perform preliminary sizing of equipment and process units for sanitation systems. * Technical Documentation: Prepare descriptive reports, operation manuals, commissioning protocols, and operational records. * Fieldwork: Participate in diagnostics and directly collect technical information during inspections. * Project Management: Request quotations from suppliers and coordinate technical information with the commercial department to ensure successful project closure. * Conduct field data collection. * Review and update the project schedule for which assistance is being provided. * Design conduit routing and sensor/panel connections based on hydraulic drawings. * Preparation of technical reports and files. * Review project procedures, plans, instructions, and records for which assistance is being provided. * Assist in preparing project progress reports. * Coordinate with other departments regarding personnel requirements, project materials, and client services. * Other duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor.
