**Private Security Company** is seeking **Security Guards** for the **LURÍN HEADQUARTERS**, who meet the following profile: **Requirements:** * Minimum **1 year of experience in private security** or in the **Armed Forces (Military Service)**. * Valid **SUCAMEC course** (the company handles its completion). * **Availability to work rotating shifts**. * This position is **UNARMED**. * Must reside in areas near Lurín (KM.40\) **Employment Conditions:** * Enrollment in the **MYPE Payroll Plan** (50% Bonus, 50% CTS, 15 days of vacation, Retirement Insurance, EsSalud and SCRT) * **Bi-weekly payments** * **Transportation and Meal Allowance.** * **6x1 schedule** (rest on Saturday or Sunday depending on roster, subject to change). * **Career path opportunity** in security. **Functions:** * Control of access for staff, visitors, drivers and suppliers. * Verification of identity, delivery notes, appointments and entry/exit documentation. * Registration and control of transport units (trucks, vans, containers). * Surveillance of warehouses, yards, offices and operational areas. * Supervision of loading, unloading and internal movements. * Loss prevention, theft prevention and prevention of unauthorized access. * Immediate reporting of incidents, anomalies or irregular situations. * Strict compliance with security procedures and internal operational regulations. * Support in internal patrols and perimeter control of the warehouse. * Coordination with the operations department in case of any security incident.
