This position requires experience developing web interfaces aligned with best practices in UI/UX, as well as the ability to structure and manage internal development team processes. Strategic use of Artificial Intelligence tools to optimize workflows will be highly valued, along with the ability to actively participate in and facilitate agile practices under methodologies such as Scrum. **Responsibilities** * Web Development & UI/UX: Building and developing user-friendly and aesthetically pleasing interfaces (Frontend). * Agile Management: Facilitating Scrum ceremonies (Dailies, reviews) and keeping the task board updated and organized. * Technical Implementation: Developing and maintaining web applications (Python/JS) supported by AI tools. * Support & Client Interaction: Ability to translate technical requirements for clients and resolve functional questions. * Documentation: Maintaining orderly documentation for projects. **Requirements** * Graduate or Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, or related fields. * Frontend Proficiency: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ability to make websites look modern and professional) * Backend Fundamentals: Python (Odoo knowledge is desirable, or strong capacity for rapid learning). * Organizational Skills: Experience or genuine interest in agile methodologies (Scrum Master skills are a plus). * AI Proficiency: Use of AI tools (ChatGPT, Copilot, etc.) to optimize development time. * Communication: Ability to clearly explain progress and questions (both orally and in writing). **We Offer** * Professional internship agreement. * Opportunity to learn from a high-level technical team (technical mentorship). * Space to lead project management and improve processes. * Ongoing training in Odoo, AI, and automation. * A flat-structured environment where your input on design and processes matters.
