RESPONSIBILITIES - Prepare monthly sales forecasts, verify weekly sales, and manage daily progress with each assigned sales executive. - Undergo training aligned with the product’s credit policies. - Analyze and organize each executive’s daily schedule and activities. - Develop training and onboarding programs for the entire sales force. - Provide commercial advice and sales forecasting support to the team led. REQUIREMENTS - Minimum 2–3 years’ experience as a commercial, sales, or field supervisor in the financial sector (Mandatory) - Experience, knowledge, and proficiency in payroll-deductible loans and/or payroll-discount loans. - A team of promoters experienced in the financial sector (minimum five referrals required). - Experience in client management; organized, analytical, and possessing strong interpersonal skills. - Competence in planning, organization, presence, and leadership. - Knowledge of commercial processes, recognition programs, team leadership/development, and coaching. - Intermediate-level proficiency in MS Office.
