JOB OPENING – MARKETING ASSISTANT (PART\-TIME) Join the Sierra Andina and Trivio Taproom team! We are looking for a Marketing Assistant to support the execution of campaigns, events, and activations in Huaraz. Work Location: Huaraz, Áncash Work Mode: On\-site part\-time (up to 24 hours per week) Compensation: S/ 600 fixed \+ variable bonus of up to S/ 600 based on performance Main Responsibilities: * Support the execution of marketing campaigns, promotions, and activations. * Coordinate on\-site events and activities at Trivio Taproom. * Generate content and collect photographic and audiovisual material. * Monitor advertising materials and ensure correct brand representation. * Prepare activity and results reports. * Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for the implementation of marketing initiatives. Requirements: * Student or graduate in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Business Administration, or related fields. * Minimum 6 months of experience in marketing, social media, or communications (including internships). * Must reside in Huaraz or nearby areas. * Proficiency in digital tools and social media platforms. * Organized, proactive individual capable of working independently. Preferred Qualifications: * Experience in gastronomy, tourism, retail, or entertainment. * Interest in craft beer, gastronomy, and local culture.
