**IMPORTANT MINING COMPANY GIM is looking for** **DRILLING AND SUPPORT OPERATOR** * Unit: Americana * Location: Lima, 30 min from Ticlio (Huarochiri) * Altitude: 4,200 msnm to 4,500 msnm * Camps: Carmen, Potosi, Pachamanca and Samay Wasi. **REQUIREMENTS** * Completed secondary education * Experience: 2 years as a jumbo operator (certified) * Have received all 3 doses of covid vaccine * Work under mining shift schedule 14 x 7 * Candidates must reside in Huancayo, Concepción, La Oroya, Jauja, Pasco, Junín or Lima. **SHIFT SCHEDULE:** * Morning and night shifts (6am to 6pm and vice versa). **BENEFITS** * Salary: 3000 soles * Full payroll coverage 100% * Contract: Renewable every 06 months. * Payments: Monthly, at the end of each month (30 or 31) * Accommodation: Shared by 04 rotating people. * Internet signal: Good coverage * Full meals provided * Transportation **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Attend daily 5-minute safety meetings and shift assignments to coordinate tasks. * Complete the scheduled work cycle. * Move equipment to a safe location previously coordinated with supervision to prevent damage from blasting activities. * Receive work instructions from the mine supervisor for proper drill hole execution, considering section, direction and grade of the working area. * Comply with corporate standards and PETS in the mine. * Complete IPERC forms and other management tools such as checklists, work logs, daily operation records and drilling machine logs. * Be knowledgeable in face drilling operations and ground support using electro-hydraulic equipment. * Identify hazards and aspects in the work area.
