WHAT DO YOU NEED?** * Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or Textile Engineering (mandatory) * English: intermediate level * Advanced Microsoft Excel * Corel Draw * Knowledge of garment manufacturing processes (woven fabrics – shirts and trousers, or knits) * Product development system * Desirable knowledge of pattern-making, marking, and accessory manufacturing processes * Minimum 3 years’ experience required in product development * Must reside in areas adjacent to Ate **II. WHAT WILL BE YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES?** * Analyze and define products * Prepare technical specifications for the entire production process * Prepare quotations and determine unit consumption * Manage sample production and development of accessories/embroidery/printing/applications * Perform other duties as required within the department **III.
