If you possess the required experience and expertise, apply now and embark on this new challenge with us. **Responsibilities:** \- Develop autoremediation workflows and achieve operational efficiency. \- Develop robust Continuous Improvement processes. \- Coordinate incident response, including issue identification, diagnosis, and resolution. \- Balance the release of new features against the need to maintain system stability. \- Foster cross-disciplinary collaboration. \- Promote the SER culture transformation. \- Perform duties delegated by your direct supervisor. **Requirements:** \- Academic background in Systems Engineering or related fields. \- Minimum 3 years of professional experience as a DevOps Engineer, DevSecOps Engineer, SRE, or similar role (intermediate level). \- Proficiency in programming languages and development tools: Python, TypeScript, Visual Studio, GitHub Actions (advanced), Git, and Bash scripting (intermediate — mandatory). \- Operating system expertise: Linux (intermediate — preferred). \- Proficiency in tools and software: Dynatrace, Draw.io, JMeter, Azure Cloud, Citrix, Office (advanced), Kubernetes and Containers (intermediate — mandatory). \- Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code (Ansible, Terraform), CI/CD, and DevSecOps (intermediate — mandatory). \- Application and infrastructure monitoring (intermediate — preferred). \- Knowledge of security concepts (basic — preferred) and authentication & authorization (basic — preferred). \- Systems architecture expertise (mandatory); definition of SLOs, SLIs, and Error Budget policies (intermediate — preferred). \- Experience collaborating with web servers and reverse proxies (basic — preferred). \- Database management proficiency (intermediate — preferred). **Benefits:** \- Hybrid work model (San Isidro). \- Salary paid via payroll. \- Opportunities for career growth. \- Positive work environment.
