### **Profile Requirements**
* **Academic Qualification:** Licensed and registered psychologist.
* **Required Experience:** Proven experience (strictly counted from the date of professional registration) in occupational and/or driving psychological assessments, and behavioral risk or accident proneness profiling.
* **Desirable Experience:** Prior experience working in the mining or transportation sector.
* **Certifications:** Specialization in Driving Psychology, Road Safety, or Psychometric Assessment is desirable.
* *Note:* A driver's license is not mandatory.
### **Main Responsibilities**
* Administer psychological assessments focused on determining drivers' predisposition to accidents.
* Rigorously verify applicants' identities prior to each test.
* Control and ensure optimal assessment conditions (continuous supervision, prohibition of electronic devices, etc.).
* Analyze psychometric and behavioral results to issue the final evaluation (FIT / NOT FIT).
* Prepare and submit weekly and monthly indicator reports.
* Maintain constant coordination with the company's Road Safety department.
