Therefore, we are currently seeking top talent to fill the position of **Field Commercial Executive – Technical Services / Chimbote \- Ancash.** **Requirements:** * Valid A1 driver's license. (Mandatory) * Experience in commercial roles. **Responsibilities** **Problem-Solving and Assertiveness in Addressing Customer Queries** * Provide technical support to resolve equipment malfunctions. * Develop on-site solutions to prevent future complaints. * Submit maintenance/installation/sales/prospect reports required for interdepartmental awareness. **Quality** * Adhere to established workplace safety and hygiene standards. * Ensure quality compliance in all assigned tasks. **Upselling** * Perform expansions (sales of new equipment) during assigned maintenance tasks. * Maintain records of maintenance activities and assigned materials. * Audit newly installed systems. **Sales** * Identify prospects through referrals from existing customers and/or non-customers. * Close high-impact sales. * Ensure correct installation of sold services. **Alarm System Installation** * Conduct new installations. * Collect payments for new installations for subsequent billing. * Meet company-established targets. * Maintain records of activities and assigned materials. **WE OFFER:** * Formal employment registration. * Food card \+ Commissions. * Career development path. * Pleasant work environment. * Health insurance (EPS).
