A reputable company is seeking a junior architect. **Requirements** * Graduate or bachelor's degree in Architecture. * Proficiency in AutoCAD and modeling/rendering tools. * Basic knowledge of building regulations and drawing preparation. * Organizational skills, proactivity, and ability to work in a team. * Preferred: prior experience (internship or 6 months). **Responsibilities:** * Assist in developing drawings, renders, and preliminary designs. * Conduct site surveys and construction site visits. * Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to advance projects. * Review quantity take-offs and assist in preparing basic budgets.
