




**JOB SUMMARY**: This position is responsible for providing administrative support to the loan officer and assisting the Bank’s customers. **ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:** * Assists loan officers in researching and processing loans, organizing new and renewal loan documents and issuing loan proceeds checks. * Assists customers with inquiries on loan status. * Assists loan officers with past dues and exception list. * Processes draw requests and monitor inspection reports. * Demonstrates knowledge and expertise of banking and loan support services and supports the Company’s overall mission, standards, policies and procedures, and confidentiality guidelines **ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Carries out duties assigned by management as required. * Assigned additional areas of responsibility (compliance, quality control, reporting) **REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:** * High School graduation or GED equivalent or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience. * Two years of professional administrative or banking experience OR Bachelor’s Degree with 1\+ years of banking experience. **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:** * Strong proficiency in pc skills (Word, Excel, Compliance One): 3\+ years of experience. * Basic accounting (debits, credits): 3\+ years * Strong knowledge of basic loan documentation. * 2\+ years’ experience as a loan assistant **KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:** * Good verbal and written communication skills. * Good interpersonal skills: able to work well with a wide range of individuals. * Strong organizational and time management skills. * Demonstrates dependability through good attendance and adherence to timelines and schedules. * Good follow through on projects and deliverables. * Strong sense of customer service. * Strong attention to detail. * Able and willing to continue professional development. * Assisting on customer calls (coordination of call programs). **PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:** This is sedentary work that requires the following physical activities: * Sitting for long periods of time, walking, finger dexterity, feeling, repetitive motions, talking, hearing, and visual acuity. * Occasional lifting (up to 10 pounds of computer equipment or paper supplies). **WORKING CONDITIONS:** Normal office environment * If you wish to apply for this position, please click the “Apply Now” button below.
