Job Description **Join Setours and transform the way people travel across South America!** At SETOURS, we are seeking a **Treasury and Collections Supervisor**: a strategic professional with solid experience in financial management who enjoys leading teams with empathy, improving processes, and working in an agile and collaborative manner across various departments. **About the Role** You will be responsible for ensuring efficient cash management, guaranteeing compliance with financial processes, and leading a high-performance team focused on clear communication and continuous improvement. **Key Responsibilities** **Payments** * Supervise adherence to payment policies * Resolve complex cases or transactions with suppliers and financial institutions * Supervise the analysis of Accounts Payable * Analyze and evaluate credit lines (domestic and international) **Collections** * Supervise the collections process according to internal policies * Ensure agile support throughout the collections process * Monitor the analysis of Accounts Receivable * Prepare collections reports **Financial Management** * Supervise bank positions and validate transactions * Prepare executed and projected cash flow statements * Measure departmental KPIs and analyze margin-related incidents * Ensure up-to-date information is maintained in departmental digital systems and files * Propose and implement improvements that optimize resources and streamline operational flows **Requirements** * Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or related fields * 5+ years of experience leading Treasury and Collections teams * Experience in service exports (tourism sector — desirable) * Proficiency in SAP BO * Advanced Excel (mandatory) * Familiarity with digital tools **Benefits** * Hybrid work arrangement * Multicultural work environment * Office located in Miraflores * Statutory benefits and market-competitive salary **Ready to take the next step?** Send your CV to recruiting@setours.com **Subject:** Treasury and Collections Supervisor Join a team where every improvement makes a difference!
