Our team in Peru is expanding, and we are currently recruiting an **Intermediate Planning Engineer** to join our Minerals & Metals business line on one of our most important site-based projects. **About the Role** * Responsible for reporting accountability and generation of weekly and monthly report dashboards. * Planning support for contracts. * Review and consolidate contractors’ schedules. * Prepare the project progress report by consolidating information from contractors—including current status, trends, and actions. * Support technical teams in activity planning. * Analyze schedules and critical activities to identify opportunities and risks, and—alongside the technical team—execute actions to mitigate deviations. **About You** * Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Industrial, or Mechanical Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum 5–8 years of experience as a Planning Engineer in tailings dam construction. (Mandatory). * Experience applying AACE Earned Value Management (EVM), TIA methodologies. * Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6. * Intermediate proficiency in Power BI (e.g., S-curves, histograms, cost reporting, etc.). * English language proficiency — desirable. * Willingness to work under a site-based regime. **Why Ausenco?** We support individual growth, and our goal is to enable you to work in a way that leverages your strengths and meets your needs.
