Job Summary: We are seeking a Civil Engineer to oversee civil works projects in the field, coordinate resources, assign tasks, supervise personnel, and report incidents. Key Responsibilities: 1. Oversee the development of civil works projects in the field 2. Coordinate timely supply of materials and equipment 3. Supervise personnel performance in the field We are looking for a Civil Engineer who meets the following profile: Requirements: * Licensed and registered Civil Engineer. * Minimum 3 years of experience in this position. * Experience in mining units is desirable. * Availability to work on a 14\*7 schedule within a mining unit in Ancash. Responsibilities: * Oversee in the field the execution of assigned civil works projects, complying with established procedures and ensuring quality work. * Coordinate timely supply of materials, equipment, additional machinery, and PPE. * Assign tasks in the field to their responsible crew. * Supervise and report on personnel performance. * Immediately report any incident. * Participate in scheduled internal and external inspections. * Other duties as required for this position.
