Opportunity for Industrial Engineering students **Academic Qualifications:** * Student in the 9th or 10th semester of Industrial Engineering. **Technical Knowledge:** * Knowledge of Quality Management Systems under ISO 9001\. * Knowledge of Environmental Management Systems ISO 14001 (desirable). * Knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety under ISO 45001 (desirable). * Knowledge of process management and KPI development. * Basic project management knowledge (desirable). **Tools:** * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (intermediate or advanced Excel). * Familiarity with data analysis software (Power BI, Tableau, or others) is desirable. **Competencies:** * Analytical ability and results orientation. * Organization and time management. * Teamwork. * Effective communication. * Proactivity and initiative. **Other Requirements:** * Availability to undertake pre-professional or professional internships. * Prior experience is desirable but not mandatory. * Interest in process optimization, quality, and continuous improvement.
