Academic Qualifications** * Civil Engineer, registered and licensed. **2\. Work Experience** * Minimum 5 years of verified post-registration experience in civil works execution and/or site supervision. * Knowledge of cost control, quantity surveying, valuations, construction scheduling (MS Project or similar), and field personnel management. **3\. Technical Competencies** * Proficiency in reading and interpreting drawings and technical specifications. * Knowledge of material and construction process quality control. * Proficiency in engineering software: AutoCAD, MS Project, Advanced Excel. * Familiarity with occupational safety and health management documentation. **4\. Personal Competencies** * Decision-making under pressure and in complex environments. * Results-oriented with commitment to achieving goals. * Effective communication with supervisors, contractors, and field workers. * High sense of responsibility, commitment, and adaptability. **5\.
