Project location: Pariacoto\- Huaraz **POSITION:** BIM Modeler **REQUIREMENTS:** · Civil Engineer or Architect with three (02\) years of post-licensure experience in similar or identical construction projects, having served as a BIM modeler. · Knowledge of the National BIM Guide. · Licensed and duly registered with the professional association. · Cv\- documented. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** · Update the As\-Built Record model. · Knowledge of the National BIM Guide. · Prepare weekly reports by discipline. · Create graphical panels according to the Last Planner System. · Generate Clash Detection Reports (NAVISWORKS). · Develop a Dashboard incorporating the model with actual progress percentage per discipline.
