




***SALES MANAGER*** **FUNCTIONS:** · Define routes, quotas, and objectives. · Implement sales incentives and commissions. · Define pricing strategies, discounts, margins, and promotions. · Establish sales projections and targets by region, channel, and customer type. · Analyze market trends and competition. · Lead and supervise the sales team. **MAIN OBJECTIVES:** · Open WHOLESALE MARKETS in the northern, eastern, and southern areas of Lima. · Open WHOLESALE MARKETS in the northern, southern, and central provinces. · Open DISTRIBUTORS in the northern and southern areas of Lima. · Open DISTRIBUTORS in the northern, southern, and central provinces. · Open new sales channels. **SKILLS:** · Leadership and effective communication. · Negotiation and decision-making skills. · Market and regional knowledge. · Ability to analyze data and forecast sales. **REQUIREMENTS:** · 1 to 2 years of work experience in commercial or sales positions. · Graduate of a technical program or university student in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. · Ability to quickly adapt to changes. · Availability to work 100% in the field. **BENEFITS:** · First 3 months on Rxh during probation period, then formal payroll with all legal benefits. · Transportation allowance and incentives. · Working hours: Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 6:30 pm.
