We are looking for a supervisor for one of our corporate collections services What do we look for? \* University studies in administration or related fields. \* Minimum of 03 years of experience as a Collections or Receivables Supervisor for companies. \* Minimum of 2 years of experience in the retail sector. \* Advanced knowledge of Excel (Essential). \* Proficiency in SAP and management tools. \* Strong leadership, communication, decision-making, and results-oriented skills. \* Availability to work Monday through Friday, 48 hours per week. What are the responsibilities? \- Supervise and coordinate the team, ensuring recovery targets are met. \- Provide on-the-job training or product guidance to new team members when necessary. \- Analyze reports showing the performance of collection strategies and compare them with historical trends. \- Monitor key performance indicators and prepare periodic reports for management. \- Hold meetings with immediate supervisors and/or clients to review previous month's results and set objectives for the upcoming month. \- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure proper functioning of management systems. \- Perform other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor.
