A leading company in the **mining** sector is looking for a **Superintendent of Community Relations**, a professional with solid experience in social management and strategic engagement with communities, authorities, and stakeholders. **Position Purpose:** Lead the planning, implementation, and supervision of community relations strategies and programs, ensuring harmonious coexistence between operations and neighboring communities. This role will be key to strengthening social license, preventing conflicts, and promoting sustainable development in project-affected areas. **Main Responsibilities:** · Define and implement community engagement strategies aligned with corporate objectives. · Lead dialogue, consensus-building, and conflict resolution processes with communities and local authorities. · Oversee sustainable development programs, social investment, and corporate responsibility initiatives. · Manage field teams and ensure compliance with internal policies and socio-environmental regulations. · Represent the company before public, private institutions, and communities, ensuring transparent and collaborative communication. · Identify social risks and propose mitigation strategies to ensure operational continuity. **Profile Requirements:** · Bachelor’s degree in **Sociology, Anthropology, Communications, Law, Administration**, or related fields. · Minimum of **8 to 10 years** of experience in community relations management within mining or other high social impact industries. · Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and managing social investment projects. · Strong knowledge of **social regulations, conflict management, and sustainable development**. · Ability to build trust-based relationships, negotiate with diverse stakeholder groups, and manage complex environments. · Strong results orientation, strategic thinking, and ability to work in changing contexts. **We Value:** · Previous experience in rural areas and in-depth understanding of Andean sociocultural contexts. · Inspirational leadership, effective communication skills, and long-term vision. · Professional ethics, commitment to sustainability, and passion for community engagement. **Work Location:** Mining operation with atypical 20x10 work schedule Job type: Full-time Salary: S/.12,000.00 - S/.14,000.00 per month Workplace: On-site position
