FOOD CONCESSIONAIRE IN MINING UNIT We are a food service concessionaire currently seeking to fill the position of general assistant/dishwasher: RESPONSIBILITIES: · Clean preparation tables, kitchen tables, and kitchen area in coordination with the cook. · Perform general cleaning of work areas when assigned by the administrator. · Responsible for clearing the transit warehouse every Wednesday before raw materials arrive, together with the cook. · Replace the resting warehouse operator. In charge of dosimetry, organization, and cleaning of dry goods, cold storage, materials, fruits, and vegetable storerooms. Additionally, · Assist in unloading goods during reception. · Support dishwashing operations during breakfast, lunch, and dinner services. · Assist in closing cleanup after dinner service in the line and dining area. · Perform other duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor.
