(Desirable) * Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Basic to Intermediate Excel). * High organizational skills, responsibility, and ability to work under pressure. * Must reside in nearby areas. * Gender indifferent. Responsibilities: * Coordinate and supervise transportation routes, ensuring adherence to schedules and delivery efficiency. * Regulate and monitor assigned routes using technological tools and established regulatory policies. * Manage operation-related documentation. * Prepare periodic reports on daily, weekly, and monthly operations. * Promptly handle communication with drivers, ensuring control, management, and immediate issue resolution. * Interact with yards and field regulators to receive route dispatch information and updates on resource availability. * Generate operational performance reports. * Manage service quality and contract compliance.
