A leading industrial company is seeking a detail-oriented Project Assistant who is capable of taking on challenges and demonstrating commitment, with knowledge of design. **Responsibilities:** • Maintain order and cleanliness in the work area. • Supervise production area personnel. • Properly use personal protective equipment (PPE) and ensure production personnel do likewise. • Monitor attendance of production personnel and report to HR. • Possess knowledge of and proficiency in design software such as AUTOCAD and INVENTOR. • Possess knowledge of and have access to laser cutting machinery. • Possess knowledge of mechanical engineering. • Perform other tasks related to assigned responsibilities as directed by the immediate supervisor. • Other duties inherent to the position and department. **Requirements:** • Bachelor’s degree or graduate in Industrial Engineering. • One (1) year of experience in similar positions. • Intermediate-level Excel proficiency. • Proficiency in design software AUTOCAD and INVENTOR. • Skills: analytical ability, organizational skills, proactivity, results orientation, and teamwork. **Benefits:** • Timely biweekly payments. • Positive work environment. • Growth opportunities. • Employment type: Full-time, Permanent. • Salary: Starting at S/.1,600.00 per month.
