We are currently recruiting professionals for the **Construction Superintendent** position to join our team. **About the Role** * Lead multidisciplinary teams, fostering a safe, efficient, and collaborative work environment. * Ensure compliance with scope, cost, schedule, and quality requirements for Civil discipline deliverables (earthworks, access roads, dykes, tailings dams, and water structures). * Maintain open and effective communication with the client to facilitate coordination with other client departments (Environmental and Operations departments). * Monitor contractor-provided resources (personnel, equipment, and materials) to ensure compliance with specified characteristics for works execution. * Promote adherence to the client’s health, safety, and environmental policies. * Promote implementation of quality controls during construction activities. * Review daily reports and contribute to weekly and monthly physical progress reports for Civil discipline activities. * Review and validate discipline-specific work procedures. * Review contractor payment certificates, verifying quantities completed. * Track daily, weekly, and three-week activity schedules submitted by the contractor. **About You** * University degree in Civil, Industrial, or Mechanical Engineering, or related field. * Licensed and registered Civil Engineer. * Minimum 15 years of experience in Process Plants (Mineral Processing) during construction or operations phases, specifically in earthworks, access roads, dykes, tailings dams, and water structures. * 5 years of experience in a Superintendent role. * 5 years of mining industry experience (mandatory). * Experience in technical procurement management. * Knowledge of Safety Regulations. * Willingness and ability to work onsite (Site). **Why Ausenco?** We support individual growth and aim to enable you to work in a way that leverages your strengths and meets your needs.
