We are currently recruiting professionals for the **Field Civil Engineer, Intermediate** position to join our team. **About the Role** * Ensure compliance with defined scope, cost, schedule, and quality for civil discipline deliverables (earthworks, access roads, dykes, tailings dams, and water structures). * Maintain clear communication with the client to facilitate coordination with other client departments (e.g., Environment and Operations). * Monitor contractor-provided resources (human, equipment, and materials) to ensure compliance with specified characteristics for construction execution. * Promote adherence to the client’s health, safety, and environmental policies. * Promote implementation of quality controls during construction execution. * Review daily reports and contribute to weekly and monthly physical progress reports for civil discipline activities. * Conduct review and validation of specific work procedures. * Review contractor payment certificates, verifying quantities completed. * Track daily, weekly, and three-week activity schedules submitted by the contractor. **About You** * Civil Engineer – Licensed and registered with professional association * 7–12 years of experience in Mining Process Plants (Mineral Processing) during construction or operations phases, specifically in earthworks, access roads, dykes, tailings dams, and water structures. * 5 years of mining experience (mandatory). * Knowledge of Safety Regulations. * Willingness to work onsite (Site). **Why Ausenco?** We support individual growth and aim to enable you to work in a way that leverages your strengths and meets your needs.
