Our team in Peru is growing, and we are currently recruiting a Senior Mechanical Construction Supervisor to join our Minerals & Metals business line on one of our major site-based projects. **About the Role** * Ensure adherence to scope, cost, schedule, and quality requirements for mechanical discipline work within the Plant and Process program. * Monitor contractor-provided resources (human, equipment, and materials) to ensure compliance with specifications for construction execution. * Promote adherence to the client’s health, safety, and environmental policies. * Promote implementation of quality controls during construction activities. * Review daily reports and contribute to weekly and monthly physical progress reports for mechanical discipline activities. * Review and validate discipline-specific work procedures. * Review contractor payment certificates, verifying quantities completed. * Track daily, weekly, and three-week activity schedules submitted by the contractor. **About You** * 8–12 years of experience in Process Plants (Mineral Processing), Mill and general equipment installation, during construction or operational phases. * 5 years of mining experience (mandatory). * Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, duly licensed and registered with the professional engineering association. * Experience leading teams—12 to 15 direct reports, up to 500 personnel on projects—with regular interaction with both clients and contractors. * Competent level of English. **Why Ausenco?** We support individual growth, and our goal is to enable you to work in a way that leverages your strengths and meets your needs.
