WC Ingeniería de la Climatización, a company dedicated to refrigeration, maintenance, and installation of air conditioning and ventilation services, is currently seeking **Programming Coordinator** Requirements: * Graduate of a technical or university program in Administration, Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum of 1 year of experience in the engineering sector or similar field. * Availability to frequently answer phone calls. Responsibilities: · Schedule and plan activities as well as operational staff (technicians). · Coordinate ongoing work, new requirements, or requests. · Supervise project progress, as well as the daily work of technicians and assistants. · Schedule tasks to be carried out, considering the technical profiles available within the company to meet client requirements. · Monitor material and/or tool requirements for scheduled work. · Perform other duties as assigned.
