Requirements: * University graduate and/or bachelor's degree and/or technical degree in International Business Administration, International Trade, International Logistics, or related fields. * Minimum 2 years of experience in international freight consolidation and/or similar roles. * Intermediate-level English proficiency. * Intermediate-level Excel proficiency. * Immediate availability to work Monday through Friday, from 09:00 to 18:00, in Magdalena. Responsibilities: * Provide post-departure cargo status updates. * Coordinate with consignees regarding cargoes not yet collected. * Inform clients about the status of the Bill of Lading (Telex Release or original). * Send pre-arrival notices regarding vessel transit. * Report container damages to the port of origin. * Coordinate with shipping lines regarding vessel delays and delay letters. * Verify commission settlements reported by the warehouse. * Perform other duties assigned by the direct supervisor.
